A daily ritual for writing Chinese by hand. Watch the strokes, trace them, then write them from memory.
Coming to iPhone and Android.
How it works
Every character moves through three steps. By the third, you're writing it on your own.
See the stroke order drawn for you, one stroke at a time.
Follow the outline with your finger. Sanzi checks every stroke.
Write it on a blank grid. Your handwriting is saved to your collection.
Daily themes
Some days, the three characters make a word together.
A few quiet minutes each morning. In a year, you can write by hand about as many characters as HSK levels one to three cover.
Sound
Each correct stroke plays the next note of a short erhu phrase. Finish the character and the phrase resolves.
Sharing
Turn each day into a card or a short clip of your own strokes, set to its melody.
Join the waitlist and be first to write when Sanzi launches.
